Our local chef would agree that those Spanish chefs that helped Macallan with their Edition No. 2 can make some whisky. This bottle is officially Mark’s favorite Macallan. Rich flavors of the NAS scotch are well represented and changing as you add water. As Andrew diluted it way down and went from rich and fruit (neat) to buttery and creamy (with lots of water). Congrats from S4D on this bottle. Get it, if you can.
